11:00 am - Driving range available (range balls included)
11:00 am - Sponsor arrival and set up
12:00 pm - Registration/Lunch in your cart
1:00 pm - Shotgun Start
5:00 pm - BBQ Buffet Dinner

On Course Tents, Tables, Chairs
All Tents, tables and chairs must be provided by the hole sponsor. Be advised, the weather is supposed to be sunny and around 90 degrees. Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen.

Lunch and Awards Dinner
We have included you in our lunch and dinner count. If you have a special meal request, please let us know by 11:00 am on Thursday.

Unloading /Shuttle to set up your hole
Check in will be located at the ProShop by the parking lot. Please check in at the OAHU Registration Desk for scheduling drop off at your hole.

Dress Code
Traditional golf attire is required at all times. Men must have a shirt with sleeves and a distinct collar. No tank tops or tee shirts allowed. Ladies need to have either sleeves or a collar. Shorts of a mid-thigh length are allowed for both men and women, no cut-offs, swimwear or gym shorts.

After the Event
about 45 minutes prior to the end of the event, OAHU Volunteers will begin returning sponsors and their equipment to the Proshop area. If you would like to be one of the first off the course, please inform a marshal or call the golf shop. Requests will be taken in the order received. If you have specific time constraints, it is advised to request early pickup.
