Local Chapters of OAHU

The Oregon Association of Health Underwriters is a state member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), which represents nearly 20,000 local professional health insurance agents and brokers.  NAHU represents more than 100,000 licensed health insurance agents, brokers, consultants and benefit professionals through more than 200 chapters who serve the health insurance needs of employers and individuals  seeking health  insurance coverage.

Portland Association of Health Underwriters and Willamette Valley Association of Health Underwriters (WVAHU) are non-profit organizations of insurance professionals dedicated to serving the public through strengthening the insurance marketplace, advocating for effective legislation, ethical leadership and professional standards, and by educating our members and the consumers they serve. Both are a local chapter of The Oregon Association of Health Underwriters (OAHU).

PAHU - The Portland Association of Health Underwriters

Portland Association of Health Underwriters (PAHU) is a division of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and the National Association of Health Underwriters. Our collective goal is to promote access to affordable health insurance.  PAHU represents members in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Yamhill, Columbia, Hood River, Clark counties.
