While many associate bias with deliberate actions, unconscious biases can unknowingly influence decisions, often based on incomplete or inaccurate information. These biases impact workplace dynamics, from hiring to promotions, shaping opportunities for employees. This program will explore common types of unconscious bias and provide strategies to prevent them from influencing workplace interaction and decisions.
