WVAHU and the Covid19 virus:

We are looking forward to seeing you on March 17th at the WVAHU Spring CE in Salem, Oregon! It is going to be a great event.

A few of you have asked about the coronavirus. We are monitoring information about the coronavirus from sources such as the Oregon Health Authority and the Centers for Disease Control.

We appreciate the efforts of all attendees to follow the Oregon Health Authority's guidelines for public health: "To prevent the spread of respiratory illness, we recommend all people be diligent about washing hands, covering coughs and sneezes, staying home when sick, and getting the seasonal influenza vaccine."

Here is an official message from the Broadway Commons: "Our Staff at the Broadway Commons has been directed to disinfect all hard surfaces and maintain a high level of cleanliness."

At this point, there are no plans to postpone or cancel the event, based on current information. We will continue to monitor events and share updates as needed. Community safety is our highest priority, and we welcome your cooperation in making the WVAHU Spring CE a meaningful and safe event.

If you have any questions, please contact WVAHU Association Manager, Stacey Barrett, at 503.542.0924 or [email protected]
