Laurie Grenya, SPHR, CCP, HR Answers, Inc. Laurie is the President of HR Answers and brings over 20 years of public sector Human Resources experience, along with eight years of consulting for public, private, and nonprofit employers. With expertise in compensation, organizational design, and HR management, Laurie has a passion for innovative solutions and effective management which is evident in every project she undertakes. Fun fact: if Laurie is ever seen without a Starbucks cup, something is definitely amiss!

Paul Giger, Providence
Dr. Paul Giger has served Providence since 2005. Currently, he is the Medical Director of Behavioral Health at Providence Health Plan. Before joining the Health Plan, he held the position of Senior Regional Medical Director for Portland Medical Group’s (PMG) Behavioral Health. In that role, Paul provided clinical leadership for the Oregon Region’s development of Behavioral Health Services and managed the clinical and financial performance of PMG Behavioral Health medical group. Dr. Giger earned his medical degree at the University of Arizona and subsequently completed Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residencies at OHSU. He also serves on the Board of Cascadia Behavioral Health and was recently appointed to the Oregon Commission on Autism.
Tom Holt, The Holt Company Tom Holt, principal of The Holt Company, is a veteran policy strategist and lobbyist based in Portland, with specialties in health care, economic development, and employer issues. He has worked on behalf of insurers, health systems, provider groups and he currently represents, among others, NABIP-Oregon. His background also includes extensive media and communications experience.
